Event #9- Sea Level - July 17, 2025

It was a fabulous evening with the The Monarch’s List Dinner Social Club! Definitely one of the best yet! We had a solid number of participants and the food was AMAZING and delicious! The service was stellar too… two servers for the price of one! One was in training… and they both catered to the group’s needs well! Especially to Elle who had strict demands about her bourbon!

The seating arrangement was perfect. Such a cozy corner of the beautiful restaurant. All the food was awesome. A highlight for me was some of the best salmon that I’ve ever had… cooked perfectly and accompanied by green beans and some of the best mashed potatoes I’ve had in this city. There was a cornbread appetizer shown below that was pan-grilled to perfection. I could snack on that for days, but that would be a lot of carbs! I also tried oysters for the first time. These were fully cooked, so I was willing to give it a try… and they were also AMAZING. There are videos of me and also of Roosevelt, trying the oysters for the first time below!

Others enjoyed their scrumptious lobster rolls, lobster bisque, shrimp cocktail, and ceviche! We had a lively discussion for sure, which is always one of the best parts of every event!
