Event #12 - Indaco - August 14, 2025

Another great evening for the MDSC. The Italian cuisine at Indaco was simply delicious! I would say they definitely have the best tiramisu in town... there was a slightly crunchy chocolate layer at the bottom and it enhanced the whole dessert. I’m starting at the end, but the food preceding the dessert was a whole experience too. We enjoyed all our entrées including the fantastic spicy soppressata pizza, the shrimp bucatini pasta, and the braised pork cappelletti pasta. Vegetables aren’t always the highlight, but their sweet and savory carrots were loved by everyone! The ambiance of the restaurant was truly special as well. We were seated in the cozy, seductively-lit upstairs area, which was perfect for our group. Not that anyone wanted any seduction, but one of the attendees remarked that the lighting made everyone look gorgeous!

And the icing on the olive oil cake was that the service from our server, Kiera, was definitely top-notch. The experience was wonderful, and dang it, I spent nearly $100 again!
